With the softening of the price of gold, miners are under continuing pressure to reduce their cost of operation and also reduce the capital required to develop new opportunities. Cycladex has now developed a cheaper process which will reduce operating costs by approximately 30-50% and capital costs by 35-50%. It also has the advantage of using environmentally friendly chemicals eliminating the need to use the expensive Sodium Cyanide.
