We are addressing the cognitive dysfunction that is associated with neurodegenerative diseases. Our approach exploits a mechanism that directly enhances synaptic function and neuroplasticity associated with learning and memory. We are developing therapeutics that will greatly improve the quality of life of patients and their families.
